Sue Stokesberry: My name is Sue Stokesberry. I am a 55 year old career carpenter, mostly doing interior trim work. I wanted to tell you a little bit about DGL today. I have been part of DGL since July of 2016. It has changed my life. I have joined this group after trying several different online businesses that just didn’t work out for me. I really was scared about going into this one, because I thought it was gonna turn out just like all the rest of them, and it didn’t.
This is a very unique place. They say all the time, in DGL, Digital Genius Labs that it is built for the people by the people, and it’s a true statement. I have never seen such a community of people. Mentors, just an awesome group of people. Everyone is there to help everyone. I feel like a part of something that’s bigger than me. I feel like I’m contributing more to society as a whole than I ever have in my life. We have a charity that we help. It’s called Neverthirst, which is huge. You can look that up.
This has just been one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. My entire life is changed, my outlook on life, my mindset on everyday life, everything. Little things, big things. Setting goals like I’ve never set before, and having dreams like I’ve never had before. I don’t know what else to say. I didn’t think I was gonna be able to do this, because it’s computer and working online. I’m just a carpenter.
So for me it was really quite a transition, but for anybody else out there that’s thinking about it, says, “Oh, I can’t do it,” I’m gonna tell you what. You can do anything, anything you set your mind to in this life. That’s one of the biggest and the best things that I have learned through DGL, and the community, and the mentors. If I want to do something, if I really, truly want to do it, I can do anything. This is someplace that I’m gonna be for the rest of my life. You can’t beat this community. You can’t beat the feeling of family.
