Cheyenne: Hey guys, what’s up? Cheyenne here. Woo, let’s see.
Eight months ago, I was stuck in the rat race. College, degree, 9-5 job, ooh. I started job shadowing just like college kids are supposed to do to figure out what you’re supposed to do for the rest of life, and upon job shadowing I found that environmental engineers were sitting at an office desk. That’s not what I was going to do for the next 40, 50 years of my life until I retired.
The job description for environmental engineer says you’re going to be traveling, you’re going to be outside doing research, you’re going to be volunteering. No, it’s not, that’s not true. I did the job shadowing.
I was fed up the with system and I set out on a journey to find something sustainable online, and I found it.
Digital Genius Lab has allowed me to have the financial and time freedom that I’ve always wanted to fulfill volunteering, traveling, doing research, doing things on my own time.
I saw my parents work their lives away just to get a pension. I saw my grandparents do the same thing, and you know what? I was like, it’s time for me switch things up. I’m going to be that person that works online and does what I want with my life, you know what I’m saying?
So I did, and I’m doing that, and I get to help others do the same thing, which is really cool because the internet, it’s amazing. It’s not going anywhere and I’m able to leverage it to do whatever, whenever, make my own schedule, and I’m really thankful that Digital Genius Lab has allowed the training and the mentorship, because those are two very important things that you need to get started online.
I had no idea what the heck I was doing getting started online. I was a math and science whiz, I didn’t know anything about computers or how to use the internet to make money. So it’s very, very important that I was able to find a good community and good system that enabled me to do that.
So, thank you Digital Genius Lab, I am extremely grateful for the opportunities you’ve given me in my life, kinda like this. I was born and raised in St. Louis, and I’m living in Las Vegas, Nevada now. I also plan to start backpacking this fall all around the world with my phone, my laptop and just a backpack.
Again, thank you, and that’s it, that’s all I’ve got.
